UPDATES:
This is where you will find updates on current and upcoming projects.
The next planned project will be the installation of sewer lines at Ramblewood Estates. This project will begin sometime in 2026.
Stay tuned for further upates.
There will be engineering/surveying done in the park the week of April 13th. You will see people walking in the park, though the yards and roadways
There may also be a drone overhead during this process.
Septic system is being installed at 6 & 8 Helen Dr around April 9th. Be be aware of construction vehicles in the park.
Spring has sprung!!!
Reminders:
Yard Waste pick up will begin on April 10th and go through December 18th. Every other
week, opposite of recycling week.
Everyone is repsonsible to clean up their yard and the gutter in front of your home.
Do not put leaves and/or debris in the street.
All yard waste must be placed in a paper bag or an old garbage can for it to be taken by our disposal company. NO PLASTIC!
We will be scheduling the street sweeping in the upcoming weeks. We will notify everyone of when that will happen.
Residents can now make payments online! To get started, click the "Make Payments Here" link above to register your account. Once registered, you can make manual payments each month or set up autopay for added convenience.
