This is where you will find updates on current and upcoming projects.
The next planned project will be the installation of sewer lines at Ramblewood Estates. This project will begin sometime in 2026.

BLIZZARD OF 2026:
TLC has been working to keep our parks clear of snow. There was a record amount of snow and we are doing the best we can. They will be in the park over the next few days moving some snow around. Please be patient with us.
PLEASE pay attention to all parking bans. Residents will be fined if you are parked on the street during a parking ban.

WINTER/STORM REMINDERS:
*Please check your heat tape frequently to make sure it is working properly and to help prevent pipes from freezing.
*Please make sure there are no gaps or breaks in your skirting. This will help prevent wind from getting under your home and causing your pipes to freeze
*During snowstorms, please do not park vehicles on the roadways. Parked vehicles interfere with snow plowing and make it difficult to properly clear the roads. Any offenders will be fined in accordance with the lease agreement.

Residents can now make payments online! To get started, click the "Make Payments Here" link above to register your account. Once registered, you can make manual payments each month or set up autopay for added convenience.
