WINTER/STORM REMINDERS:
*Please check your heat tape frequently to make sure it is working properly and to help prevent pipes from freezing.
*Please make sure there are no gaps or breaks in your skirting. This will help prevent wind from getting under your home and causing your pipes to freeze
*During snowstorms, please do not park vehicles on the roadways. Parked vehicles interfere with snow plowing and make it difficult to properly clear the roads. Any offenders will be fined in accordance with the lease agreement.

Our Story
At MRRC, we offer a limited number of on-site services to support our residents’ daily needs. These services include on-site laundry facilities (with equipment owned and maintained by Automatic Laundry), convenient door-to-door trash pickup provided by Liberty Disposal, and snow removal of common areas handled by TLC.
Our trash service includes weekly household trash removal, recycling pickup every other week, and yard waste collection on alternating weeks opposite recycling. Yard waste service is available from April through December.
