The next planned project will be the installation of sewer lines at Ramblewood Estates. This project will begin
sometime in 2026.

Reminders:
YARD MAINTENANCE & LEAF COLLECTION NOTICE
Residents are responsible for maintaining their yards, including the timely removal of leaves and other yard
debris. Please make every effort
to keep up with leaf removal to prevent leaves and debris from accumulating or blowing into neighboring yards.
Please be advised that raking, blowing, or placing leaves and other yard debris into the street is strictly prohibited
and is a violation of thelease agreement. Residents are responsible for ensuring that yard waste remains within
their property until it is properly collected.
Yard waste collection occurs every other week, on the week opposite recycling collection. Please place your
yard-waste bags or containers out no earlier than the evening before your scheduled pickup.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept community!

Please remember that all yard waste must be placed in a paper yard-waste bag or an old
garbage can in order to be collected by our disposal company.

West Bay Community Action Will Be Here!
West Bay Community Action will be on-site Wednesday, October 14th, from 9:30 AM to
12:00 PM to assist with applications.
Whether you are applying for the first time or renewing your current application, this is a
convenient opportunity to drop off your completed paperwork directly with their
representatives.
We encourage anyone who needs assistance to stop by and take advantage of this on-site
service. We look forward to seeing you there!
